I am also including resources for Prayerful Reflections as well as Movement and Art Activities connected to the poetry. They are a taster of some of the material I use in the Expressive Worship Dance Workshops that I teach.
Garden of My Heart
Reflection & Movement Journey
Based on a poem called The Invitation, this activity explores God as the Gardener of our hearts. It is an invitation through Movement and Reflection, to let go of the weeds, allow Him to lovingly tend the soil of our hearts and to plant something new in the Garden of our Hearts.

Landscapes of Love & Freedom
Reflection & Movement Journey
Landscapes of Love and Freedom are excerpts from Poetry and Scripture, to explore, move in and reflect upon. This activity can be done through Quiet time and Soaking, as well as Movement or Art.
Examples of landscapes are Pathway of Hope, Waterfall of Love and Garden of God's Heart. The purpose of this activity is to explore different landscapes of His love and freedom, and journey deeper in renewing our minds with His overflowing heart of love.
Returning to Love
Reflection and Art Activity
This Activity explores the themes of Freedom and the Landscape of our New Identity. We will use the poem “Returning to Love” as our inspiration, which is about a bird being released from its cage into the Heavenly Landscape of Freedom. We will seek the Lord through Prayerful Reflection asking what this Landscape of our New Identity looks like, and then delve deeper, exploring it through Arts and Crafts.
My Healing Journey with the Lord using Movement: Article
This is an article I wrote for ICDF (International Christian Dance Fellowship). Here I share about my own healing journey with the Lord using movement and how the Dance Workshops and Artistic Blessings came out of that journey.
