This workshop will focus on exploring the different Hebrew names of God, through Movement and Prayerful Reflection. It also includes a short teaching about Worship Dance and the main Hebrew words for dance found in the bible.

This movement workshop explores the themes of Freedom and the Landscape of our New Identity. We will use the poem “Returning to Love” as our inspiration, which is about a bird being released from its cage into the Heavenly Landscape of Freedom. Through movement, we will explore some of these principles in our own journey, such as being set free from limitation, healing and the fullness of freedom we have in God.

This workshop uses excerpts from a selection of Faith Poetry, as landscapes to explore, move in and reflect upon. Examples of the landscapes are Pathway of Hope, Garden of my Heart and Streams of Love. The intention of this workshop is to receive and embrace more of the fullness of God’s love. It also includes learning a short choreography to a Hebrew song called “Let there be light” as a warm-up.

This workshop is a Movement Journey through the stages of Metamorphosis in our faith: from a caterpillar, (letting go of the old self), into the cocoon, (renewing our minds with God’s Truth) and emerging as butterflies (into our new identity in Christ). We will also create a movement sequence to express and declare who we are in God.

In this workshop, we will be using dance and movement as prophecy, exploring our true identity in God's eyes through movement. It is written in Psalm 8, verse 5, that God has crowned us with glory and honour. This crown, being wrapped around our heads, therefore renews our mind with God’s Truth, enabling us to embrace our true identities as precious and beloved children of God.

We will learn the biblical significance of Flags & Banners and how to incorporate them into expressive movement in worship. Including a flag choreography as warm-up and using flags as declarations

This workshop explores the Breath of God, His Ruach (Hebrew for Spirit). We will delve into scripture on the Breath of God and express it through movement. Including dance as intercession, we will pray through movement, both on a personal level and on a wider scale.

Exploring Four Sacred Spaces of Grace that the Lord has given us: Safety & Refuge, Forgiveness, Rest & Surrender, and Breakthrough. We will use movement to deeply discover these sacred spaces, using poetry and prophetic art as our inspiration.

Based on a poem called The Invitation, this workshop explores God as the gardener of our hearts. This is an invitation through movement and reflection, to let go of the weeds, allow Him to lovingly tend the soil of our hearts and to plant something new in the Garden of our Hearts.

The Garden of God’s Love found in the Song of Songs, is a sacred place of intimacy and love with the Lord, where we are touched deeply by His Presence. During this workshop, we will journey deeper into the Garden of God’s Love through movement, poetry and scripture, and a short choreography

In this workshop, we will reverently journey through the Tabernacle: The Outer Court, the Holy Place and into the Holy of Holies, using reflection and movement in worship. This workshop will also include two Messianic circle dances on the theme of the Holiness of the Lord.

Based on a Poetic Story called, "The Song of Destiny," this workshop explores our God-given Dreams through Reflection and Movement. This journey includes Listening to God for our Dreams, Removing any Barriers, and the Release & Expression of our Dreams.

These two workshops are based on the Poem: God's Heart of Healing which is about worship, healing and intimacy with the Lord. These workshops include a Movement Prayer Journey, learning a short Movement Sequence and creating a Collaborative Group Choreography based on parts of the poem.
In the last workshop, we will interweave different movement components we have explored, creating a complete Choreography for the whole of the musical poem.
